Please allow me to introduce myself – my name is Wendy Offer and I’m the Director of the North Cyprus Property Advisory.
The North Cyprus Property Advisory was set up by a group of British residents who have been through the property buying process in Northern Cyprus and who have lived and worked on the island for a number of years.
Collectively we have extensive experience of property markets around the world from the angles of investment, construction, development, estate agency and conveyancing and we felt we were best placed to create a Property Advisory Service to guide and assist interested parties on an individual basis through the maze of buying a property here in North Cyprus.
Please bear in mind that our service is complete and it is free – i.e., we can assist you with searching for a home, negotiating a property deal, purchasing property or land, developing an individual bespoke home, renovating an old property, sorting out the legalities of property ownership, getting you residency on the island etc., etc.
